I love the customer service team. My onboarding has been incredible but a huge shout out to Elin. She took extra time with me to thoroughly answer my questions, address my needs, and personally take care of helping deliver equity agreements to all of my people. I would like to transact investments through the platform if I bring my own financing documents. If I bring my own financing documents, I have to collect the money separately instead of through Cake. I find the platform easy to use and it provides a good audit trail for transactions. The options were simple to commence and adjust to suit our needs.
