Zero customer service. We do over $200M a year, and it is our second year in business. Not a small fish, and we are exponentially growing. You request a demo, and their CRM acknowledges that they received your email and would reach out. Instead, they read the email (pixel) and ignore the request. They are not in the business of providing a service to lenders; they are in the service of having their noses raised so high it is mistaken for their forehead. And this was the third attempt, not the first time. I wanted to make sure I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was missed the first time or the second time, but the third time, I added my pixel to see if they're even reading my emails, and they have been. It's crazy how people are snobs with a web app that looks (UI/UX) like it belongs in the 90s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
