**What do you like best about BytePro?**

None, they're so lazy that they wouldn't even give us a demo on their outdated UI/UX system.

**What do you dislike about BytePro?**

Zero customer service. We do over $200M a year, and it is our second year in business. Not a small fish, and we are exponentially growing. You request a demo, and their CRM acknowledges that they received your email and would reach out. Instead, they read the email (pixel) and ignore the request. They are not in the business of providing a service to lenders; they are in the service of having their noses raised so high it is mistaken for their forehead. And this was the third attempt, not the first time. I wanted to make sure I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was missed the first time or the second time, but the third time, I added my pixel to see if they're even reading my emails, and they have been.  It's crazy how people are snobs with a web app that looks (UI/UX) like it belongs in the 90s.

**Recommendations to others considering BytePro:**

Look into better companies that are fast forward-thinking and better service like Lendingpad or lendingQB.

**What problems is BytePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reviewed everyone's loan origination software to determine the best fit for our business model that would complement our backend systems.

**What do you like best about BytePro?**

I like that you can have multiple user on a platform and can communicate through the conversation log. 

**What do you dislike about BytePro?**

I don’t like that if I have multiple tabs open it continuously wants me to close out of them

Could be easier to use

Utilizing this to keep track of clients

**What do you like best about BytePro?**

I like that everything is very easy to read and laid out in a logical order

**What do you dislike about BytePro?**

The software can be very slow at loading screens.

**Recommendations to others considering BytePro:**

Very easy to use for LO's and Processors. Using the same system prevents miscommunication

**What problems is BytePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an updated LOS system that was easier to use
