There is a large variety of templates to choose from, as well as a large variety of choices within each template, so I can generally find what I need. I am a Virtual Assistant, and the services that I offer are "all over the place". It's like I own three businesses from three different industries. The documents that I need to run the backend and frontend of my business come from many different categories of business. Business-in-a-box has just about anything I need. The documents are of good quality and very professional. I can use this tool to look at how a specific document is typically formatted and create my own from their examples. If I want to create a document, but I have writer's block, I can use this tool as a reference and get ideas. I can also use a document in the app as-is if I need a document quickly. All I have to do is plug in my information and make a few changes then I'm finished! As a business owner who uses business documents and forms every day, this tool is a significant time-saver. They have resources that can be used for different areas of your buiness operations. You can use it to create a business plan with templates from your specific industry, create business proposals by your profession, they have templates for policies, procedures, agreements, marketing planning, resolutions, checklists, guides, forms, spreadsheets, worksheets, formal/business letters, press releases, employee handbooks, budgeting and finanacial resources, and it even has some really helpful how-to's for many different areas of business operations. Before I begin, the software is worth the money. I'm going to complain about pricing a little bit, but please just understand, this software is well worth the price. It has paid for itself many times already. However, I'm just getting my business started up, so money isn't rolling in the way I would like for it to be. The price for the software was very high for me at this stage of my business, but I also needed the benefits of this software the most during this stage of my business. It took a lot of thinking and budgeting before I decided to go through with the purchase. I'm glad I did, because it truly has paid for itself and has been a big help to me every day. I just wish that they had a different pricing strategy that would be beneficial to new business owners that aren't making much money yet. All the business forms are in one place for your new or existing business. These business forms are the same as used in your daily course of business. The cover rental, legal, and general business forms. The best is the startup business packet. The only dislike I had was with the free trial and the limitations. You only have free access for 7 days with only certain forms available to try for free. I think when you advertise full access you should have full access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I now write proposals without having to think of the table of contents;business-in-a-box already takes care of the thinking part.
