Used Burson-Marsteller for a project for the company I was working on to boost out online presence and advertise. We were already using other platforms but were recommended to use this platform with an incentive.

**What do you like best about Burson-Marsteller?**

The product works - it does the job. There are no specific special features that set it apart from its competitors but this lesser known platform can take care of most of the fundamental requirements.

**What do you dislike about Burson-Marsteller?**

As I mentioned, there is nothing unique or special about this platform. There is no reason I would use this other another platform or recommend this highly as compared to others.

**Recommendations to others considering Burson-Marsteller:**

If you are looking for something special with unique features, this platform is not for you. But all your basic requirements will be met.

**What problems is Burson-Marsteller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides the basic platform that a business needs to build a presence, engage and advertise. This can be invaluable to businesses big or small.

They're very responsive and care deeply about their customers.

They are a bit of an underdog and are not as experienced relative to the big 4 consulting firms.

Consulting for online precense, digitization, marketing and reach.
