When pulling reports, it would be easier if they're address was included for fulfillment purposes. **Recommendations to others considering Bunchball Nitro:** N/A **What problems is Bunchball Nitro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bunchball solves the issue of manually updating users points and keeps a great record of what items were redeemed and user history. We are distributing millions of points per month and there has been a near zero percent error rate in the transactional components associated with crediting, debiting or reporting on items fulfilled, points issued and points spent. **What do you dislike about Bunchball Nitro?** To draw an analogy, the technology offered is equivalent to the task of building a house and getting a toolbox with a hammer, wrench and screwdriver . Is it possible? Yes. It is turnkey? Far from it. Bunchball may or may not tell you that they are a provider of software, not a consultant. Therefore, do not rely on Bunchball to provide any specific advice or expertise. Realize now that what you do with the tools offered by Bunchball and the success you have in the process is entirely your vision, not theirs. Be very discerning in the sales process. Some of the capabilities were not entirely applicable. For example, the analytics component turned out to be very basic and in many cases not relevant to what we need. There aren't any real 'games' offered; You are mainly buying the ability to show Leaderboards and use trophies, badges and feeds to recognize achievement. Bunchball's product is a set of basic tools. You must design, support and build your own house. Everything that made this program a success was accomplished internally. **Recommendations to others considering Bunchball Nitro:** Be prepared to pave your own path without much support from Bunchball on how to apply the tools they provide. Additionally, be prepared with internal web development, data infrastructure, reporting, analytics and product fulfillment solutions prior to signing a contract. Be aware of what the gamification concept is and how you wish to apply it; Be ready to devote extensive resources to web development and infrastructure to support the what your program internally; Be ready to creatively apply Bunchball's tools using a myriad of systemic limitations and work-arounds; Do not fully invest in annual licensing until you've cost justified it via a comprehensive pilot period. **What problems is Bunchball Nitro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The extent to which you benefit from Bunchball's gamification tools largely depends on your ability to persistently and iteratively create your own path. Over 9 months, we've figured out how to engage a workforce at fundamental levels to motivate sales performance, productivity, and increase job satisfaction. ### 8. They're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The control panel is very easy to use and allowed us to quickly and efficiently post challenges to our site and change existing ones. The APIs were very easy to use. We were able to customize as we needed. **What do you dislike about Bunchball Nitro?** We did have to do some code work-arounds to customize fully. We could have used a bit more flexibility in the console. But overall, we were very happy with our implementation. **Recommendations to others considering Bunchball Nitro:** The team at Bunchball is terrific. Be sure to compare not just the product, when looking at other companies, but the people you'll be working with. You'll definitely want to choose the Bunchball team. Also, be sure that you find a company that can scale with you. Plan for the long-term, not just what you need today. **What problems is Bunchball Nitro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to increase engagement and registrations on the site. We were also looking to expose parts of our site that users don't often find. We achieved those goals. ### 10. The capabilities the software make it easy to integrate into other software products we use. The company does a great job of supporting you in your efforts, and the education they provide to get the most out of the software is very good. **What do you dislike about Bunchball Nitro?** There are a lot of great features out of the box, but every company is going to need to customize things to some degree.
