I think the best part of BullPhish ID was how easy it was to setup and get the first campaigns started. They don't make things overly complicated like some of the competing solutions do. BullPhish ID helps us provide security awareness Training for our clients' employees. It is easy to use and has a large variety of courses and videos to share with them. We would like to see more interactivity in the course and programs for our customers and maybe more frequent updates as well. More co-branded marketing material would be good as well--right now you have to pay for Powered Services Pro to get a good amount of marketing material, which is rather pricey.
