You don’t need a long onboarding process — within a short time you can launch phishing campaigns and assign training. The prebuilt phishing templates and training videos save a ton of time, especially if you don’t have the resources to build content from scratch. For MSPs, the ability to manage multiple clients in one dashboard is a big plus. And finally, the pricing is reasonable compared to bigger players like KnowBe4, which makes it easy to justify for smaller organizations. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** What I dislike about BullPhish ID is that the customization options are somewhat limited. While the templates are useful, they don’t always allow me to tailor campaigns exactly to my organization’s needs. The reporting is also pretty basic — it gives you the essentials, but it would be great to have more advanced analytics and trend tracking. No integration with spam reporting, and more expensive than other solutions. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** Bullphish has old looking content, some of the test questions are either flat out wrong, or they are difficult to understand, and if I as the IT person cannot fully grasp the content, I dont expect your average user will have any hope of it. Their security training modules are short, easy to understand, and a great teaching tool. We can easily generate monthly training reports and BullPhish ID automatically sends those to all stake holders in each of our client's organizations. What is really great is we can show them who has not done the training, who has not even read the training email, and who has passed/failed the training. This really gives those involved at each client some clear insight on who is doing the work and who might need further training/motivation to complete their training. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** One of the major drawbacks to BullPhish ID is the user interface. Setting up a training and phishing campaigns is tedious, repetitave, and not that user friendly. It would be nice to design a training campaign, then assign that campaign to each client. As it stands now, you have to go into each client, setup a training schedule for each training module, and then assign it to your training group. This has to be repeated at a 1000 times if you have a lot of different clients and/or groups. A good selection of different emails. We also use their program with a client that has a plant in central america - so the emails & training is in spanish. Pretty easy import for contacts from a csv file. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** Your have to make sure your spam & email system will let the training emails get to the user. If not set up correctly they can end up in the users junk box.
