What I like best about BullPhish ID is how simple it is to set up and start using. You don’t need a long onboarding process — within a short time you can launch phishing campaigns and assign training. The prebuilt phishing templates and training videos save a ton of time, especially if you don’t have the resources to build content from scratch. For MSPs, the ability to manage multiple clients in one dashboard is a big plus. And finally, the pricing is reasonable compared to bigger players like KnowBe4, which makes it easy to justify for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about BullPhish ID is that the customization options are somewhat limited. While the templates are useful, they don’t always allow me to tailor campaigns exactly to my organization’s needs. The reporting is also pretty basic — it gives you the essentials, but it would be great to have more advanced analytics and trend tracking. We use it for all the work-flows you would expect: Phishing attach simulation and security training. It is easier to setup and use than all previous products I have used in this space - and I've used several of the popular ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No real complaints. I do feel as though having the training campaigns organized into course runs on various topics (for instance, where I can say "Let's do passwords for the next 4 weeks" with a single click) would be a great add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like in our organisation many employees were not aware about the general concept of information security. But bullphish was a great tool in providing training to them in simplest way so that they were aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that the system was managed by the vendor, but there is really little to nothing else redeeming about this porduct. The reporting was both inaccurate and ugly, with missleading in the way it presented the data. No integration with spam reporting, and more expensive than other solutions. Bullphish has old looking content, some of the test questions are either flat out wrong, or they are difficult to understand, and if I as the IT person cannot fully grasp the content, I dont expect your average user will have any hope of it. The system also restrticted out users from ever catching up, so if someone consistently missed something, they would just never get the training unless we created a whole new campaign for them alone. On the plus side, this nifty tool gives you super realistic phishing simulations. And guess what? You can customize the training modules too! How awesome is that? It's like they made it just for you & your team. This personal touch makes the training way more effective. People are more likely to remember stuff when it feels relevant to them. Oh, and get this - you can even add your own training materials! Plus, they use custom domains for those training emails. It's like the real deal, but totally safe. But, hey, nothing's perfect, right? BullPhish ID has a couple of tiny hiccups. For one, it doesn't have that remediation training thing. You know, where they explain what you missed and WHY. (That would be pretty helpful, don't ya think?) Also, the admins can't see SUPER detailed info on how each person is doing. It's kinda tricky to figure out exactly where someone needs help with spotting those pesky phishing attempts.

So there you have it! BullPhish ID is pretty great, but it's got a few things that could be even BETTER. But that's just how it goes sometimes, isn't it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BullPhish ID is a great product for managing our staff Security Awareness Trainings. I can log in and send out different trainings, and there are plenty of templates available to cover a whole lot of material.
