This helps make people aware and also tests them on protecting their company. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** Wish there was a way to be able to keep notifying users that have not done the training instead of just one email. Some things are a little difficult such as the client portal being password protected and no protected. The training especially I have found to be very informative for identifying different attack vectors. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** Before the most recent product update I would have said lacking the ability to bulk send campaigns to many clients at a time. This feature has recently developed so at the moment I have no dislikes. **What problems is BullPhish ID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many customers will fall victim to phishing emails or other scam-based attacks on the internet due to a lack of exposure and knowledge regarding the methods and objectives these scammers use. ### 5. It is easy to use and has a large variety of courses and videos to share with them. The phishing simulations are good and easy to implement. **What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?** We would like to see more interactivity in the course and programs for our customers and maybe more frequent updates as well. More co-branded marketing material would be good as well--right now you have to pay for Powered Services Pro to get a good amount of marketing material, which is rather pricey. **What problems is BullPhish ID solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping us expand our offerings.
