**What do you like best about BugUp?**

Easy to use and affordable. Helpful in monitoring and tracking bugs across projects to improve the quality. Customizable dahboard to match the project requirements. Good integration with other third party applications.

**What do you dislike about BugUp?**

Occasional lagging issues. Frequent updates are required to keep up to date with changing processes. Not suitable for big projects with complex coding and bugs. High level of knowledge is required to work on this application hence not beginner friendly.

**What problems is BugUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a clear overview to resolve bugs more effectively. Saves a lot of time for developers in tracking bugs amd improves productivity. Powerful tools makes the workflow more efficient and quick software development. Improving the customer support ehnances the user experience.

It is hassle-free setup.Everything can be customized.Excellent app for everyone,Video tutorials are available and its very much useful.The performance is awesome and with no hanging..

**What do you dislike about BugUp?**

UI looks like good-old days, it can be improved. It is very simple and east to work.

**What problems is BugUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tacking bugs is extremely critical and prioritize the items. Time and effort can be easily saved.Reporting with graphs and charts feature is helpful.The performance is awesome and with no hanging..

Ithe functionality of the program overall was nice but I think it could definitely improve

The user interface could be improved massively

tracking Specific items based on subject categories has given me insight to user trends
