This app is great in it's affordability, efficiency and simplicity. It gives you the best tools you need to help report, prioritize, assign and resolve bugs. It requires only the minimum amount of set up in order to get started and there's virtually no training needed. All of the relevant fields and pieces of information needed to report on bugs/issues are set up out-of-the-box and there's not much else you need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Chrome extension leaves a lot to be desired. I would have liked to see more markup tools available rather than just simply taking a screenshot. Even higher on my wishlist would be the ability to capture a video and convert into a GIF in order to show issues with transitions or animations.
