Recommendations to others considering BrokerPRO:
As I said throughout my review, they have a very good sales process. But if there is functionality you need that they don't have, be prepared to pay through the nose to get it. Unless their IT department feels like it. But they will just as easily feel like that function is not useful later on and remove it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is BrokerPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrokerPro has generated more issues than it has resolved. What started out as a very promising product has exponentially gone downhill since we started using it. The system itself has become less useful, the technical support just wants to point fingers at anything but the system, or provide a workaround to band-aid over a problem that they have no intention of fixing. Their customer service really only cares if you are spending money with them. Small companies like ours that can't afford $1000s to keep a system functioning get pushed aside.
