Brillium Talent Screen provides the tools to create and administer validated, legally defensible assessments to identify top candidates while seamlessly managing candidates, recruiters, and jobs. "don't panic" is not a solution **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2022 **What do you like best about Brillium?** While taking a 90-minute Brillium test on 12/21/22 in the evening, the test locked up after 20 minutes with this error: "Don't Panic, we will be right back". But it stayed locked, and it prevented me from re-doing the test for 7 days. No phone number to call them; they need a responsive resolution desk. **What do you dislike about Brillium?** They need a resolution desk to solve the problems of test takers immediately. My test was for 90 min, but it locked up after 20 min. Now I am locked out for seven days. **What problems is Brillium solving and how is that benefiting you?** not sure ### 2. It purports to offer branching and weighted multiple choice but the software is full of errors. I ended up losing all of my work. **What do you dislike about Brillium?** It's a shame that Thinkific gives support to Brillium by linking with this platform. The technical support experience was also awful. They kept implying that the errors I identified were not errors at all. Very unhelpful. **What problems is Brillium solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was hoping to find an assessment platform that would allow branching and weighted multiple choice. Brillium fell short. I will have to look elsewhere. What a waste of money and time! ### 3. I also wish I could integrate the results more easily into my CRM system. Right now I have it all hooked up via Zapier but it is a lot to set up and maintain. **What problems is Brillium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for tests for our certification program.
