Brillium offers both Annual and Quarterly packages.
Brillium does not restrict the number of assessments, assessment completions, or overall data maintained on the platform.
In general, Brillium pricing is based on the following:
Data Storage Space: this comprises of the data that reside within Brillium including assessments, questions, answers, all related student attempts and scores (including Invitation data), and email templates. When you delete data, you free space for more or you can choose to add data storage space
User Licenses: User licenses are required for anyone who logs in to Brillium to administer users, create assessments, view and manage results and invitation data, or manage account Workspaces. Respondents (students) taking assessments don't need a user license.
Daily API Calls: This limit applies to the number of data requests made from external systems like Zapier, Make, or other third-party platforms to Brillium. Note that HTTP POST, SCORM, AICC, and LTI requests are exempt from these daily API call limits.
Other: Specialized contract or compliance requirements beyond those offered under our standard plan pricing. The fees are based upon the impact to resources, responsibilities, and obligations. This can include anything from specialized compliance processes, audits, annual reviews, etc.)
