What do you like best about BrightHire?

Product capabilities. All the people involved are top-notch revolutionizing the way interviews are recorded transcribed and making ease of use to create scorecards and interview guides for a valuation properly of candidates. Truly can get data to help evaluate scale and improve quality of people interviewing, and therefore making better selections. Have a great integration with greenhouse the automatically create a scorecard for a high manager or recruiter with no effort based on the call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrightHire?

What problems is BrightHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Number one record transcribe with accuracy and two specific questions in real time with ease

"Convenient Recording Storage, But Lacks Additional Value"

What do you like best about BrightHire?

Honestly, the only part I found helpful was having recordings in one place. It’s convenient in theory, but that’s about where the benefits stopped for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrightHire?

The platform felt clunky and unintuitive. I constantly had issues with recordings not syncing properly, lag in the interface, and slow load times. It added friction to my workflow instead of saving me time.

The search functionality also isn’t strong, and it never felt seamless to pull insights or revisit specific moments in conversations. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a tool that made interviewing better or easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrightHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hoping to use BrightHire to streamline interview note-taking, ensure consistency across hiring panels, and make it easier to revisit conversations. Instead, it often created more work because I couldn’t rely on the platform to perform consistently. I didn’t see meaningful improvements in efficiency or clarity.
