Brightflag Pricing Overview

Brightflag is an exceptionally user-friendly platform that both our team and Outside Counsel use daily. Their support team is consistently attentive, responsive, and eager to help. Although system transitions are often challenging, our implementation representative offered excellent guidance and support, making this the smoothest migration I’ve experienced. It would be helpful to have additional filtering and bulk editing capabilities—such as the ability to apply a Purchase Order ID to all matters associated with a specific law firm or to update country codes in bulk, instead of entering them individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not many out of the box reports available, so you either need to be familiar with a data visualization system, PowerBI for us, or have a team that can help with that. The matter management is a separate paid module, so you won't get it included with your e-billing solution unless you opt into it.
