Attentive, thoughtful coaches that offer great advice and feedback to excel in my career.

**What do you dislike about Bravely?**

Bad mobile app UI, cannot login using my company SSO. Have to manually log in via a mobile web browser.

**What do you like best about Bravely?**

I manage learning and career development offerings at a public tech firm and Bravely is a very important part of our portfolio. It's not only used as a standalone on demand coaching, but also as an additional tool for career development conversations. I love how clean and easy to use the product is, the quality of coaches is top notch, and finally I can't be happier with the account management team. One of my favorite vendors to work with!

**What do you dislike about Bravely?**

Nothing to dislike. As for any vendor, I hope they will keep growing their analytics engine and the depth of the coaching offerings, expanding into the new territories of exec. coaching and developmental coaching overall.

**What problems is Bravely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides an opportunity to discuss important topics with a neutral, but supportive 3rd party. Career development conversations. Challenging conversation practice. There are many other topics our employees discuss with bravely.

**What do you like best about Bravely?**

It makes it easy to train the new employees and guide them through our development processes, and This application will work for almost all companies with their employee training process at the joining time.

They need to improve the UI and add features to automatically assess the employee answers etc.

**What problems is Bravely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps us in training our employees at the time of joining, which makes it easier for us to onboard new employees and with it employees are able to improve their performance.

**What do you like best about Bravely?**

It really helps in monitoring the pulse of the company, how employees are being engaged , are they happy or not, and the best part is that it provides guidance at all levels in the firms not just senior leadership etc

**What do you dislike about Bravely?**

The User interface is really great though I belive UI, UX can always be improved upon iteratively no matter how great the product, otherwise there are no major things to dislike ! it is a nice software. the resource library can be improved a bit in terms of UI, UX.

**What problems is Bravely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing guidance to senior leadership was there already but we needed something that could be applicable to all the employees irrespective of the hierarchy, hence this tool helps us bridge the gap and provide that essential stepping stone to all the employees that are looking to grow well in our firm. the reporting part helps us see in case we are missing out in the CuSAT score of our employees , which in turn helps us retain that talent.

The application's simplicity and ease of use help us onboard the new employees without much effort.

Automated assessment is something they should provide instead of manual assessment as it takes much time to evaluate the progress.

Bravely helps us increase our employee performance, and they engage better in daily tasks, which improves their throughput.

**What do you like best about Bravely?**

I used it in my last job; impressive how easily you can schedule meetings with your leading leaders to talk about what you need, challenge that is presented today with all this modality of remote work.

**What do you dislike about Bravely?**

The software only allows you to have conversations with the coaches, but it does not have evaluation tools for employees; you have to link it with internal applications to be able to measure individual performance.

**What problems is Bravely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this new modality of hybrid or mostly remote work, connecting or conversing agilely with a leading leader or a coach was complicated because the meetings were scheduled with long waits.
Now with Bravely, it is much easier and with shorter response times.
