BrAINTime Reviews & Product Details

BrAINTime is an all-in-one app that brings together time tracking, task management, notes, project management, a built-in password vault, service reports, and automated invoicing – without ever switching between tools. Designed for professional service providers (agencies, consultants, IT teams) and field service/trades businesses, BrAINTime covers the entire workflow in a single app: from live time tracking and task management to digital service reports with on-site client signatures, and fully automated invoice creation in your billing system via webhook (e.g. FastBill). Key capabilities: Live & manual time tracking – start a timer or add time manually, assign customers, projects, milestones, labels and billing status in real time Task management – create tasks with deadlines, labels, and categories; assign to customers and projects; convert notes directly into tasks Notes – capture structured notes directly linked to customers and projects, with rich text formatting and optional public sharing Project management – manage projects with timelines, milestones, budgets, and network planning; identify bottlenecks early and track expected vs. charged hours Service reports – auto-generate reports from tracked time including materials, travel, and custom fields; collect digital client signatures on-site Automated invoicing via webhook – once a report is approved, BrAINTime automatically triggers invoice creation in your billing tool (e.g. FastBill) – zero manual re-entry Full REST API & real-time webhooks – auto-import customers and projects from your existing systems, no manual data entry Granular user permissions – control exactly who sees and edits what, including vacation and absence management Analytics & reporting – filter and visualize tracked time by customer, project, user and period 🔐 Zero-Knowledge Credential Vault – our standout feature: Store sensitive client credentials (logins, access data, certificates) directly inside BrAINTime, encrypted end-to-end with your personal master password. No third-party password manager needed. Not even our servers can access your data. Currently in public Beta – free to use, no credit card required. Beta users get early access to new features and can directly influence the product roadmap through feedback.
