In addition to eliminating the browser tab, Boxy offers a number of customization options not found natively within Google. The interface is much cleaner than GMail, as well. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** I have noticed that the app fails to load my mail sometimes. I have to close and reopen the app in order for it to load all my new messages. It is not often, but it really irritates me first thing in the morning when I know that I should have email. The other isn't really a Boxy issue, but rather GMail limitations that apply to Boxy as well. Also the interface is quite clean and focused. Also enables offline access to Gmail. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** It's exclusively available for macOS. Requires a paid subscription for access and lacks some advanced features for other apps like Drive or Calendar. **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Extremely useful for managing email communications with clients and internal teams ### 34. In addition to eliminating the browser tab, Boxy provides several additional customization options that are not available directly in Google. The interface is also much more clean than GMail. **What do you dislike about Boxysuite?** I've noticed that occasionally, the app doesn't load my mail. I have to restart the app to get it to load all of my new messages. This isn't a frequent occurrence, but I really notice it first thing in the morning when I know that I should have email. The other thing isn't really a Boxy issue, but the limitations of GMail also apply to Boxy. So if you expect that Boxy is going to eliminate those limitations, it's not. **What problems is Boxysuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating the countless tabs that I have to deal with in my browser. Boxy also gives me a few additional customization options that aren't available in Google Mail. ### 38. Set up the flow to work with how you work.
