## About Boxafe
Boxafe is a NAS-based backup solution for cloud services including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You can back up data for email, contacts, calendars, Drive, Shared Drives, OneDrive, as well as Microsoft SharePoint site and Teams. Boxafe allows you to configure domain backups, restore data to the cloud, and view backup details at any time.

**What do you like best about Boxafe?**

We have been using Boxafe for over two years by now to back up our Microsoft 365 data including Sharepoint and MS Teams. 
We have around 1000+ users and we are backing up the data on QNAP NAS with the help of Boxafe. 
Boxafe is an On-prem backup solution so we are in full control of our data. 
The RD and Product Management teams are very aggressive and the support is impressive. Many times PM or Technical leaders had Teamviewer sessions to help with some of our requests. 

I will highly recommend this solution.

**What do you dislike about Boxafe?**

Boxafe should have and option to host it in the cloud with pure scaleout and cloud-native option. At this moment users have limited to us it with the virtual appliance of QNAP QuTS Cloud  (which is nothing but a virtual QNAP NAS)

**What problems is Boxafe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. To keep an On-prem copy of our organization's important data from Microsoft 365
2. Self-service portal helps each user to get access of their own backup data and they can restore it by themselves, with any intervention from IT. 
3. Help to create a secondary backup on another NAS or cloud with QNAP's Hybrid Backup Synd (HBS)
