## Boundeal VDR Reviews
  ### 1. Secure VDR for separated project access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irina T. | Преподаватель, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?**

What I like best about Boundeal VDR is the combination of security, project isolation, and flexible access control. I work with several confidential projects, and it is very important for me to keep teams, documents, and access levels separated. Permission Groups and Roles & Permissions make it easy to invite internal users, external companies, advisors, investors, and legal teams with the right level of access. I also like the AI assistant because it helps find relevant information faster when working with many documents. Features such as Confidentiality Agreement and Dynamic Watermarking add an extra layer of protection for sensitive files.

**What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?**

There is nothing critical that I dislike about Boundeal VDR. The platform is clear and works well for managing confidential projects.

**What problems is Boundeal VDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boundeal VDR solves the problem of managing sensitive project information when several teams are involved at the same time. In my work, I need to keep active projects separated, invite different external companies, and make sure each participant receives only the access that matches their role.

The biggest benefit is that document sharing becomes much more controlled. Instead of worrying about who can see which files, I can structure each project, add users to the right Permission Groups, and manage access through Roles & Permissions. This helps reduce the risk of unnecessary data exposure, especially when we work with startups, innovative companies, investors, advisors, or legal teams.

The platform also saves time during document review. The Project Dashboard gives a clear project overview, and the AI assistant helps find relevant information faster when there are many files in the data room.

  ### 2. Useful VDR for investor review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ievgenii V. | Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?**

Boundeal VDR is useful for preparing investor-facing documents in a secure and organized way. For fundraising, we need to share financial files, product information, business plans, and market materials without giving everyone the same level of access. Permission Groups help separate investors, advisors, founders, and legal participants. I also like the AI assistant because it helps move through large sets of documents faster.

**What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?**

The platform works well for our workflow. What I would add is more startup-focused templates, for example investor data room structure, fundraising checklist, and suggested folders for financial, legal, product, and market documents. This would be helpful for teams preparing their first investor review process.

**What problems is Boundeal VDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boundeal solves the problem of sharing sensitive startup information with external parties while keeping control over who can see what. It helps us avoid using scattered file links and email attachments. We can keep the project organized, invite investors or advisors when needed, and protect documents through access settings, Confidentiality Agreement, and Dynamic Watermarking.

  ### 3. Secure VDR for deal teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alona P. | =, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Boundeal VDR?**

What I like most about Boundeal VDR is how it helps keep deal documentation controlled when several parties are involved. For M&A and due diligence projects, we often need to invite buyers, advisors, legal teams, and internal managers into the same process, but with different access levels. Permission Groups and Roles & Permissions make this setup clear and manageable. I also value Confidentiality Agreement and Dynamic Watermarking because they add extra protection for sensitive deal files.

**What do you dislike about Boundeal VDR?**

There is no major issue with the platform itself. The interface is clear and easy to use. One thing that could improve the experience is a larger set of ready-made templates for M&A processes, such as buyer review, legal due diligence, financial review, and management documentation. This would help teams prepare new deal rooms faster.

**What problems is Boundeal VDR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boundeal helps us manage confidential transaction documents in a more structured way. Before using a VDR, document sharing across several external teams could become messy, especially when access levels changed during the process. Now we can keep each project isolated, separate participant groups, and give each user only the access they need. This reduces the risk of unnecessary information exposure and makes the review process easier to control.
