It has a full range of modules for the activities such as ACH payments, wire and positive pay and it helps in streamlining our processes. **What do you dislike about Bottomline Connectivity Services?** Bottomline GT Suite has a limited level of customization built into the platform. This inflexibility called for workarounds and integrations that were not always obvious and tended to make things complex. **What problems is Bottomline Connectivity Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bottomline GT Suite has enhanced the effectiveness and correctness of our financial activities. Some of the administrative functions that used to consume my staff’s time have been eliminated or reduced by the suite. ### 2. This feature significantly lowers the burden of our Finance Department to manage cash-flow and credit charges. **What do you dislike about Bottomline Connectivity Services?** The one thing which needs improvement is its interoperability with finance auditing platforms. That is something that remains a nagging issue in this product.
