  ### 1. Solid AI Chatbot, but Slow Support, Long-Standing Bugs, and Stalled Feature Updates

**What do you like best about Bot9?**

Okay at being an AI chatbot. Pretty solid answers based on the knowledge you feed it and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Bot9?**

A SaaS is more than just a product, and this is where Bot9 fails to deliver. Support is either super slow or not responding to emails at all. 

Bugs have been on the service for well over 1-2 years. I've reported them, nothing happens. Bugs that break basic features such as the knowledge base/FAQ page. 

No new features, or very little features, shipped in a long time according the changelog (which also doesnt have time stamps so impossible to know when things got released). 

Integrations such as Facebook messenger is still "coming soon", 2 years after I first started using Bot9.

They also ship/update some things without informing the customers. One example of this is when the chatbot all of a sudden started asking people for their emails to start answering questions. A feature I don't want for all my sites just for simple questions as it can scare customers away. Not even custom bot instructions allow me to bypass this.

**What problems is Bot9 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well it's supposed to solve customer support issues but I've not been able to do so due to bugs, and lack of ex language translation on static text fields in the widget and force of collection of customer data.
