"Great Alumni Engagement Platform for Corporates"

What do you like best about Boomerangs.ai?

Boomerangs gave us an option of source CVs from the alumni as referrals. It enabled us to make the payouts for the successful referrals via the platform too.

Apart from this, it acts as our primary database for the alumni. Its unique LinkedIn integration allows us to track the alumni's career moves. We do reach out to our alumni as part of our active hiring through this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomerangs.ai?

What problems is Boomerangs.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. We want to keep in touch with our alumni base and recruit them as potential re-hires in the future. Boomerangs' allows the alumni to apply back either for a specific job or simply express interest in joining the organization back.

2. We earlier provided relieving documents to the exit employees via email and it proved to be quite cumbersome. Boomerangs allows us to share these documents via 'Document Centre'. This has made the entire exit experience smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boomerangs.ai?

Boomerangs provided us with a single source of truth for all alumni. Their LinkedIn integration helps us keep track of where our alumni are working at. We can run passive campaigns for these alumni. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boomerangs.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small company, so per se alumni engagement is not a major thing for us. What we wanted was to use alumni base for either hiring or for business referrals. Boomerangs allows us to source job referrals from alumni and it also allows us to run business referrals campaigns, under which the alumni share with us potential business opportunities in exchange of monetary rewards. What do you like best about Boomerangs.ai?

What I like best about Boomerangs.ai is its unique approach to leveraging alumni networks for hiring. Instead of relying solely on expensive recruiters or job boards, I can can tap into the alumni network and get additional CVs.

What do you dislike about Boomerangs.ai?
