**What do you like best about Booking Factory?**

It is a user friendly software and easy-to-navigate. It offers a good channel management tools which allow businesses to sync bookings across various other platforms. It is integrated with popular payment gateways. It offers a good customer support which is responsive and helpful. Pricing of this software is very effective.

**What do you dislike about Booking Factory?**

It has a lot of bugs and glitches which needs to be fixed. It lacks some advanced features which are necessary. As a result, large level enterprise has to seek other alternative option. It is suitable for smaller level businesses.

**What problems is Booking Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the management of reservation and bookings, protecting from overbookings. It's main focus is to enhance the management of hospitality business which enables them to attract guest and increase their income. It has helped me lot in saving my time.
