We’ve been using Bookedin at El Gallo Catrin Barber Studio since 2022, and we’ve come to rely on it for online bookings, text and email reminders for our clients, and on-the-go scheduling with calendar syncing. We initially chose Bookedin because we didn’t like the idea of other booking systems sharing your client list with others—passing clients on to other barbers and stylists when your calendar was fully booked. Four years later, we still renew and stick with Bookedin because they’re honest, supportive, and quick to respond. When something goes wrong, whether it’s a system outage or a text provider outage, they usually notify us before we even notice. They provide a realistic timeline for a fix and then follow up to explain what happened and what they’re doing to prevent it going forward. On top of that, we rarely go many months without an email checking in to see how things are going, whether we need anything, or if we have suggestions. The price structure also works really well for our setup: it supports us in a single-chair situation while still leaving room to expand as we grow. We also use this to connect our calendars clearly so we don't double book ourselves with our personal calendars. We also easily inserted Bookedin into our SquareSpace site for online booking that our clients LOVE. Using the iPhone app is easy, and then the website based calendar / system is easy and clear on our iPad and computers.

I appreciate managing my calendar and clients booking appointments for piercings. Bookedin helps me with appointment reminders two days and a few hours before the appointment, which saves me time and money since I no longer need to pay someone to do it. I also like the CRM management and the appointment booking page in the name of my business Sim’Art Tatouage, as well as the 'book appointment' button on Facebook and on my Qweb site. I find that Bookedin is easy to learn with many different options, even though I haven't watched the initial tutorial.

I use Bookedin for my tattoo shop, Mind’s Eye Tattoos, and have been using it for the last six years. It's a great tool because it makes it easy for clients to book in and for me to manage bookings and client information. I like the ability to organize appointments and how it integrates perfectly with my current website, allowing clients to book, reschedule, cancel, and manage their appointments. I can customize the options available based on time required for each tattoo, and it gives customers more options for booking. The initial setup was very easy too.
