**What do you like best about Book4Time?**

The efficiency that it provides, and the thorough reports

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

The only issues that I face is when adding customers to same servcie reservations, I am not able to find a way to remove the additional guests from that reservation. And in booking activities, when customers are booked under one name, if we cancel the main name, all the customers booked under that name also get canceled. Other than this, it's a great system!

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to manage the bookings, to keep record of any history, and to generate reports saving a lot of time and minimising the mistakes that can incur in reporting and operation

It is very strong for a scheduler and manages appointments/activities. The implementation was easy and their Team very helpful

Licenses are expensive, POS module is not friendly limited to only windows

**What do you like best about Book4Time?**

Book4time is very easy to work with and has a great support team. The system's user-friendly interface makes scheduling appointments a breeze, and whenever I've needed assistance, their support team has been prompt and helpful. The numbers of reports offered are very helpful to the business as well.

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

Sometimes the system goes down or becomes very slow momentarily.

Makes scheduling spa appointments super easy. Gives me all the reports I need as a Business Manager. Offers online booking and gift cards.

**What do you like best about Book4Time?**

Customer service is excellent. For me as an IT guy, support is essencial. The implementation is crucial, your account manager works with you everyday, is attentive in all your needs, and solve any doubt that you have before, during and after the implementation.
The system is easy to use, is interactive and have a complete system reports where you can get all the information that you need.
Make appointments, review your schedule, user-friendly.
I have been used Book4time for more than 10 years.

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

Sometimes, the printing system take more than 3 seconds to respond and print your tickets.

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The administration and control of the reservations, appoinments and the customer profiles is more intuitive than 5 years ago.

**What do you like best about Book4Time?**

With Book4Time we found a perfect match for integrations, it integrated with all of our PMS perfectly, we work with SIHOT and Opera Cloud, so it did a perfect match. Users are happy because it was really easy to use and they find very interesting features that make they daily work easily.

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

Porbably it is not a general issue, we needed to integrate two different PMS solutions, that took some time as the same team that was working for one version, also worked fort the second. I think that If we have needed only one integration, it would have been pretty straight.

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, it solved some speed requirements we had, previous solutions took some time to respond to requests, which was not good for the customers. Menus became more user-friendly as the most common options are now at hand. The user experience is really good-looking, previous solutions was an old-looking one.

For users who are not as tech-savvy, it might take a bit of time to fully grasp and leverage the software's extensive range of functionalities. However, once familiarized, the benefits far outweigh the initial learning curve, making it a worthwhile investment for spa businesses.

**What do you like best about Book4Time?**

The onling booking systems has really helped capitalize on our spa bookings. Guest no longer have to wait on the phone to be assisted and can book online!

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

I would like to potentially see an app in the future that allows our team to check out guest from the treatment rooms. This would may our check out and check in process go along with ease.

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had to many issues with our book4time. However, anytime i am unsure about a setting I know their tech support will assist and help me find my answers quickly.

It is simple and easy to learn the system for navigation

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

The guest intake forms do not allocate for when a guest is receiving multiple services (i.e. facial and massage) therefore not sending the proper forms to the guests or requiring the scheduler to create two separate reservations to send both forms to the guest.

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still working towards integration so that is still to be determined.

The fact that I can keep track of our customer bookings and reduce the hours I have to sit on behind a desk listening  to customer calls makes me love Book4Time more

Can't complain at the moment for haven't faced any challenge yet

We like that it's very user-friendly but it's also versatile. We are able to keep track of our customers' bookings with personalized profiles to give great service and also pull any kind of report we want and have better control of our finances.

We hope there is a way to have online payments here in Mexico

Our users don't have many issues overall. They are a hotel and overall the issues are minimal.

**What do you dislike about Book4Time?**

When there is an issue, their support team is quick to respond but tends to put bandaids on issues as opposed to providing a permanent fix

**What problems is Book4Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Book4Time is giving the spa an organized platform for their scheduling needs which has helped streamline the processes at the spa and make things more efficient. Customers seem pleased with the results.

Every tool has certain limitations but I tdidn't see any major disadvantages of Book4Time which I can highlight here.

Book4Time helped the client to manage all their customers in a single system, periodically running promotions, ease in appointment setting
