What do you like best about Bonterra Network for Good?

Bonterra has been a lifesaver in terms of donor management. Using the contacts feature and email blasts we have been able to put out higher and more frequent newsletters and mailings to our donors and subscribers. Onboarding was made incredibly simple and the customer service team took care of our entire import from Little Green Light. The templates for donor receipts and thank you's have also been a huge bonus! Overall we are very happy with the system and cannot wait for future updates, as each has made the platform even better than the last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Network for Good?

One downside to Bonterra is not having an easy way to link two donors of the same household to the same donation. There is a household donation view, but due to the way donations are input they must be made by one person, officially. I also hope a future update will allow us to look up donors by address in the Giving tab, not just the contacts tab. Those two are my only wishes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
