Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to share files, and customer support is very fast. I use this weekly and have found that it saves me tons of time. I am a visual thinker and putting systems into visual layouts makes it easier to explain complex concepts. A great find of mine in 2024 is Boardmix. It is so useful and I can keep track what to do, what in my team's bucket using Boardmix. The dashboard UI is cool with a great set of features. Also they have integration with almost all the tools we use in our company. They provide great customer support resources.
