I appreciate two aspects of BlueFiles.
Firstly the user interface of BlueFiles is designed to be user-friendly making it simple, for individuals, with skills to navigate effortlessly and intuitively.
Moreover, BlueFiles provides functionalities for tracking files and managing access permissions allowing users to oversee file access and revoke permissions remotely enhancing security measures and granting control over shared data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some drawbacks of BlueFiles include the following;
If you are thinking about using BlueFiles for sharing files it's worth noting that while it does offer features, like file sharing and tracking it might not be ideal for workflows that require team collaboration. Moreover if you work for an organization that needs control over access rights the user management capabilities of BlueFiles might not meet your requirements.
Another point to consider is that pricing information is not easily accessible, on the BlueFiles website. You will have to reach out to the vendor to get this information. While this could be an inconvenience it's important to know in advance before making a decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
