We were fortunate to earn a Blueboard reward from our sales efforts through Appsmart / Appdirect. We had a "TON" of choices and ultimately chose a 6-day trip to London. Our assigned Blueboard rep made ALL of it so very easy. They asked EXCELLENT questions getting to know us and what our expectations were. As a recipient, the rewards are presented to you via a dashboard of off the shelf experiences based on your chosen locality and you have no obvious way of determining how best to capitalize on your reward; if you undershoot in cash value, they are thankfully amenable to adding on extras like restaurant gift cards, but even then you may end up with an awkward gift card balance since (at least in my experience) you may not have any indication for your remaining cash balance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the downsides was that I received a gift card, but I could only access it through the Blueboard platform. When I tried to access it to use after my trapeze lessons, it had registered the experience as already passed so I wasn't able to see the gift card that was previously attached when it was listed as an upcoming experience. I then had to contact customer service to send it to me. Additionally, my lessons were booked through an email address that was not my own, so when it came time for the trapeze company to send me their promotional deals, I never received the email.
