"Indispensable for Project Coordination and QA/QC"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

I really like that Bluebeam is constantly improving and has a simplicity that's hard to find in other applications. It doesn't become more complex or difficult to use as more features are added. The interface feels natural for those of us in the design space, and it allows us to upload our standards for QA and QC, track review comments, and maintain a very approachable and customizable workflow across projects. The software is extremely valuable for us because it's a singular source of truth and enables strong cross-collaboration. It allows for structured organization, the ability to generate reports, and assign tasks across projects, keeping everyone in our studio space connected and informed. What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

I think the mobile experience of Bluebeam might have room for improvement. It could use some upgrades. Also, it would be beneficial if there were more natural or built-in integrations, especially with Autodesk's suite, as our work heavily relies on tools like Revit and Civil 3D. "Versatile Tool with Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

I like that Bluebeam is quick, with tons of tools for specific tasks within takeoff and easy navigation. The toolsets and the MCP connection are standout features for me. MCP connects to my AI, allowing me to search documents much faster for information and produce markups throughout the drawings. The initial setup of Bluebeam was great too, and I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

There's almost too many things to click. Also, if a button is accidentally clicked somewhere and it toggles something, you have no easy way of finding out what is wrong or how to fix it without looking it up. The interface could use naming under each tool for new users, so they don't have to recognize a shape. It would also help to have an option to minimize or maximize tool toggle button size. "Powerful Tools for Construction Document Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

It can do so many things that other software can’t. The snapshot feature, overlaying elements, and the color-processing tools make it much easier to review construction documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

I’m not a huge fan of doing drawing and markup work in Bluebeam. Some of the line tools feel cumbersome to use, and the leader placement options and customization aren’t very good. Overall, it’s a bit clunky to keep track of markups and manage them efficiently. Still better than the other software out there in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Interface, High Recommendation"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

I really like Bluebeam's ease of use interface and how straightforward it is to learn the software. It was easy for me to teach myself the basic functions, and now, with the advanced functions, it's more exciting to use because my skills grow as I understand the software more. The ease of use also helps me to quickly understand new functions as they're introduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Estimating Tool and Document Manager"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

Bluebeam is obviously very powerful for estimating and getting quantities. It gives you the necessary freedom to create your own tools and processes. Additionally, it is a powerful PDF handler for both regular documents and drawings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

Bluebeam's UI and UX, while there have been efforts in the recent years, is sorely lagging behind. It helpfully caters to a lot of older users but fails to implement QOL features that can alleviate a lot of pains of existing and new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Markup and Powerful Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

I love using Bluebeam because it's the easiest and most intuitive way to mark up documents. I rely on the markup features every day, and the form tools alone save me loads of time. Plus, setting it up was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

I'd love for Bluebeam to add GD&T symbols from ASME Y14.5. I use these a lot, but instead, I've had to create my own since they're not available in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s easy to use the markup tools, and the counting functions are straightforward and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

"Intuitive Markups and Smooth Collaboration for Faster Drawing Reviews"
5/5
What do you like best about Bluebeam?

What I like most about Bluebeam Revu is how easy it makes reviewing and marking up drawings. The tools are very intuitive, and collaboration with team members is smooth, especially when working on construction or design documents. It really helps save time and keeps everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluebeam?

One thing I don’t like about Bluebeam Revu is that it can feel a bit complex at the beginning, especially for new users. Some features take time to learn, and the software can occasionally lag with large files. Also, the pricing can be on the higher side for smaller teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
