BLOK Reviews & Product Details

BLOK is loyalty software that automates customer retention and marketing tasks using digital workers. It operates independently of cash register systems and emails business owners daily summaries of completed activities and proposed actions, which can be approved with one click. The software identifies inactive customers and sends personalized emails showing their loyalty point balance. During slower business periods, it suggests promotions like double-point incentives to boost traffic. BLOK also creates Instagram posts based on business metrics and requests reviews from loyal customers, drafting responses to feedback. The loyalty card uses a QR code scanned at the point of sale, opening in a web browser to avoid app downloads or physical cards. Customer data remains under the business owner's control. The basic version is free and unlimited.
