BLOK also creates Instagram posts based on business metrics and requests reviews from loyal customers, drafting responses to feedback. The loyalty card uses a QR code scanned at the point of sale, opening in a web browser to avoid app downloads or physical cards. Customer data remains under the business owner's control. The basic version is free and unlimited.
