"One of the best Survey Tools (and most likely the most secure)"
5/5
What do you like best about Block Survey?

The biggest reason why anyone should choose BlockSurvey over their competition is the aspect of security. They offer almost all the features by using modern tools like the blockchain to ensure the data is secure and private. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

There is not much to dislike, but the tool could use some improvements in their User Interface. It can be a little confusing for someone starting out. Maybe they can also add more integrations with 3rd party applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best solutions for surveys and quizzes"
5/5
What do you like best about Block Survey?

Blocksurvey has all the features you'd expect from a form builder. However, what I really like is that it allows for full design control on all the elements on your forms (e.g. fonts, font sizes, error messages, notifications, etc.). Other solutions are more limited in this aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

I'd like to have an integration for Google Tag Manager (and for Block Survey to push an event in the data layer whenever a question is answered). Alternatively, direct integration with Google Analytics would be fine too, but GTM is more versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A complete survey solution for our team"
5/5
What do you like best about Block Survey?

BlockSurvey was a breeze to setup and use.

The survey styling/theme options leave nothing to be desired. We were able to quickly setup our branded template and look.

The admin backend is responsive and works well on mobile devices. I was able to create, send and manage survey features from my phone while on vacation - something I couldn't do easily with a competing product.

The CSV exports work as expected and give my team everything necessary to track feedback and performance at regular intervals. BlockSurvey is now an essential part of our team's performance measurement process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

I wish I could change my user ID. Somehow I didn't know what it would be used for when I typed it out during setup. That was back in the early days for this product, however. The setup process has probably changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Block Survey?

Intuitive interface, ample question type variety, ability to fully customize look, feel, and language, can preview for tablet, desktop, and mobile from the design screen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

I wish it had functionality for bulk download of attachments, but support has been very helpful so far, so I believe it is not far coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A strong platform with an amazing support"
5/5
What do you like best about Block Survey?

It's fast, secure and reliable service, with everything you could want in your survey software. The amazing thing is the privacy by design approach, the real value that pushes this software above most competitors. Wilson and his team are really a great customer care support: I'm an early adopter, I've never suffered a lack of information or lack of trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

I would like to have the platform in the Italian language and the possibility to translate contents/surveys in Italian too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
