Built-in data capture from UTM parameters, and webhook options make this the perfect tool for lead-gen, onboarding and more. It is everything Typeform is, without the price tag. BUT, the best of this tool is the support. Wilson (co-founder) has jumped on 2 different calls with me to understand the issues I was facing, and help resolve them. I never expect to get everything I need in one place just because I don't want to pay thousands of dollars. That is not the case with Block Survey. I found the price plans are decent, and the tool is extremely valuable. Having beautiful and private surveys is of paramount importance for our NGO activities. We need to collect information in an easy and accessible way. But privacy is essential as lots of personal data is collected, and that is the strongest point of block survey, all data is exclusively available by us: no third parties can even look at it. BlockSurvey is the first of its kind both in terms of securing the data and empowering the users. With BlockSurvey, your data is encrypted and distributed to a network of Blockchain nodes, which allows for absolute data confidentiality, which ensues that I am in complete control and that my responses would be secure. It also offers a lot of options to collect responses, the most innovative of them being conversational forms, I used it on my website, and it looked and felt so good that my response rate was off the chart (increased by 43%). The other positive is that it has webhook integration, which allows one to move data from BlockSurvey to any other analytic system that one might use. For me, moving data to my CRM was a breeze, and I could selectively indicate the information I wish to pass on to the CRM, like emails/names and answers that matter as opposed to the entire review response. The number of survey templates at times is overwhelming, I was able to generate a survey from scratch under 30 min, but spent close to an hour reviewing the predefined templates, and with the templates, ppl tend to check it out, and it's slightly distracting. I'm super impressed by the simplicity of the software. It's both simple in being easy on the user, while packing a punch with its amazing features. I have been using this for my training and coaching feedback forms, client onboarding as an executive coach, and psychometric profiling (with some low coding) as a psychologist. The use cases for me are undeniably reaping me more ROI than I expected. To top it off, service is responsive and helpful. I remember sending feedback to Wilson about randomizing questions and the speed of auto-saving, and within the next couple of weeks, the software was updated.
