I have used about 10 different online survey tools, from startups to well-established ones. My requirements are a bit unique in that I need market survey/research surveys that require advanced logic looping and branching. Only the well-established tools have these features and are very expensive and usually complicated to use. Along comes Block Survey! I know they market the security of your data but I appreciate all their other features as well. Most importantly, their customer support is top-notch! It is the best alternative to Typeform. More than anything data privacy is what my respondents are happy about as it's built on blockchain. There's no selling of your data, trackers or ads. It has a custom domain that helps us map it to our existing domain and the AI-generated surveys are also amazing. They also have a good number of templates and are in various categories. It is a very mature product. The UI/UX is also very clean. The team of Block Survey is awesome and are very responsive and listens to all feedback and suggestions. As privacy and security is the main thing of Block Survey, there is no actual username or password, so all you get is a paraphrase/secret code, which if you lose, is not recoverable similar to crypto wallets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly it is very easy to get started with and the learning curve is pretty low. The user interface is logical and thoughtfully laid out, which further makes it easy to use. Secondly, it is feature-rich! There are plenty of form/survey tools out there, but this is by far one of the most feature-rich, from basic features to highly customisable features. This brings me to Block Survey's other strong points 'Customisability'. There is not much that I dislike about it but one of the things that can improve is the ability to create video surveys. Video is huge these days and the ability to capture video via the form/survey will add to its core value. Blocksurveay is one of the best form builders I have ever used. Beyond it available templates, I can create and customize forms in practically infinite ways, to serve a variety of use-cases beyond the template suggestions. Being able to embed on my site, have responses encrypted, analytics, very very easy customization - all of these aspects makes Blocksurvey my go-to app for almost everything I require customer/user feedback for..and more. I can't think of anything I dislike about Blocksurvey. I also haven't found a single thing that did not work, so it is almost impossible to find any negative aspects of the app. AND, support is responsive, on top of things, and taking in any feedback I might have (or need). The great thing about Block Survey is the development team and how frequently they push out new updates. They are constantly adding new features like: Team Workspace, Custom CSS, and the ability to use Payload and Webhooks. The UI/UX of their website is very easy to use in creating forms that can tie into Google Sheets. We are currently using Block Survey to survey our clients anonymously. At the moment, the Client Survey UI needs to be revamped up to be more visually appealing. At the moment it's very dull and boring which causes clients who frequently use our different services to think that they're taking the same survey again, which isn't the case. It could improve on the UX of the respondents that I send out the links to. More customization of the colors and fonts. I understand that they have provided many options for color combos but I still want my own color combos. Other than the cosmetic looks and the slickness it does what it needs to do well. The best thing is security, based on end-to-end encryption and blockchain technology. There are many components, Themes, Views, calculable Variables, Logics and more so that we can build flexible forms, not only for surveys but also for common purposes. There are some great reporting and results download capabilities. I do, however, wish it were easier to download uploaded files from surveys. For instance, click to download a zip file of all file responses. Unless I've missed something (possible) you have to click and download files one by one. In my survey that's sole purpose was to submit images, this was no small task.

In addition, I wish there was a reporting function to get a PDF of each response so I could easily create a directory of replies without having to use additional tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
