One thing about Block Survey I like most is the multiple ready-made templates that is available. I can quickly create a form or survey in just a few steps and have it customized AND embedded in my website in just a few clicks. Results can be viewed easily or exported to CSV if needed for further analysis. Also, the team is GREAT! Very responsive and resolve any issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't really have any complaints about the tool itself. Probably the sign-in method that I am not a big fan of. Maybe utilize a single sign-on or other social login? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Block Survey because it is very flexible, easy to make survey with a logic jump, I can insert image, video and gif so that the survey can be very interesting and decrease the abandon rate. I also use block survey for other purpose for my business. I use it as a story flow for product description with a story flow. I can set the flow to be one questions/statement at a time, therefore, making a story is very easy. Block survey also give flexible set up on appearance. I can do cname with my domain name, use my icon/botton on any we page place with any color I want. It also responsive design and look nice on any mobile phone and tablet. Block survey also always add it features and develop itself to be one of the best survey tool in the industry. Not to mention the block chain technology that make your survey would be very secured. So far, I do not have my dislike to Block survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Highest security in the market due to blockchain technology 2. A myriad of answering options 3. Many display options 4. AI machine to generate questions automatically (very unique!!) 5. Quick setup of a questionnaire 6. Calculations in-app 7. CNAME (white label) to use your own domain 8. Many templates ready to use 9. Skip Logic, Branch Logic, Conditional Logic 10. A mature product 11. Excellent funding 12. Always in active development of innovative features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is actually nothing to dislike. However, it would be nice to have a graphical chart on the output page so that the user can directly see the visualized results. Well, that's not a real disadvantage but more like a point for the wish list or roadmap. Of course, the user can see the results in numbers already, also in personalized form, which is super amazing. Blocksurvey is very advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are lots of options and templates to begin. There are many options available to customize any form/survey. Greeting page, sections/multipage forms, multiple form elements, different ways to display the form.

Another thing that I like is that there are multiple languages, so you don't worry about translating most instructions or error messages, saving you a lot of time.

I also like the multiple ways to publish and share the form. You can embed on your website, share a link or open in a pop up window.

You can see the form statistics on easy to view reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've experienced some delays and errors when saving progress or publishing forms. When I try again after some hours, it work, but I don't know why that happens. I haven't contacted support as my specific problem has solved automatically.

I also had one problem with my account plan, but it was solved by support quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blocksurvey is a lifesaver when it comes to doing surveys. They have a fantastic interface and so much functionality. My team loves using the mobile app to do on-site interviews, especially for our clients who are not in the country. Blocksurvey is one of the most beautiful tools I've seen in the market, and it's also secure, which is huge for us.

* Professional-looking form designs

* Intuitive and very easy to use

* Simplicity that captivates

* Designed for generations who love technology and with a tremendous social interest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blocksurvey is a fantastic platform with a lot of potentials. I would like them to add more languages in the future, as the platform is available in English now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a user of Block Survey since May 2020 and it has been awesome! The progression is consistent, the developer(s) are responsive, open-minded, and professional. The tool itself has seen many improvements while being solid from the start. I love the simplicity of the UX and the clean UI.

Some highlights that I appreciate:

∙ Built on the blockchain with privacy at the core

∙ No ads, no trackers, no selling your data, no nonsense

∙ Your info and your respondents' data and privacy is protected with BlockSurvey

∙ Secret key login is exceptional security for a tool like this

∙ Intuitive interface and very clean design

∙ Exceptionally easy to use right out of the gate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No complaints at all but some opportunities for improvement.

∙ Doesn't YET have all of the styling features/options that some of the more well-known, established form builders have (QuestionScout, TypeForm come to mind.)

∙ Requires third-party connection to use with WordPress (using FluentForms in those cases)

∙ Hoping for video response options in BlockSurvey (something like SurveySparrow, WarmWelcome, VideoAsk) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the UI of BlockSurvey extremely convincing, with minimalistic design. The features are revealed when you need and it is easy to find.

The surveys created by BlockSurvey, with conversation-style, are the closest to Typeform - look quite elegant and smart for those who do the survey.

It is extremely convenient to see the outcome live in the Preview tab, right next to the Design tab.

The analytics are neat, showing a graphical analysis of the survey results, making it very easy to analyse the outcome, what to do next etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not familiar with the log-in approach by secret key that BlockSurvey is using. Certainly it has its advantage (e.g. security). However it is very inconvenient.

Also, the collaboration in BlockSurvey is new and pretty limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Block Survey is the best survey tool when it comes to privacy, because it makes use of Blockchain technology. You can use a lot of templates inside BlockSurvey or create your own survey or form quickly and easily. It's really feature-rich and you have so many possibilities to customize it to your needs. The design for the user of the survey and forms is clean and modern. It's a great alternative to Typeform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great to improve the UX/UI design from the backend, but this is nice to have. There is a learning curve, but after the first survey I create, I feel confident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how BlockSurvey is helping to bring awareness to the value of privacy. All data is encrypted end-to-end, and the owner is the only one who can see it. BlockSurvey has a lot of templates to choose from and has CNAME feature. I saw BlockSurvey improve and introduce new features that I consider top-notch, such as AI Surveys, Google App scripts, QR code, Custom Email/SMTP, question group... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have an actual username & password, but a passphrase. It is potentially unsafe because if it is stolen or misplaced, there is no way for one to recover their account. I hope BlockSurvey will find a new method for login. I also need more themes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
