We've been using Balckthorn for the past 3 year to register and welcome people to a 2000+ event every year. We've also used them to sell merchandise and overall we are incredibly satisfied with the platform. If you are a salesforce user than it's easy to use as it works in exactly the same way, even with integrations with other objects and the flows work really well as well. The customer service has been impeccable and I don't believer waiting more than 2 hours for a solution. In some cases, they were also happy to jump on a call and solve the issue on the spot. We use BT on an everyday basis as we approach our event and it's been also easy to implement as we have been using salesforce for the past 5 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I wish their badge creation process was a bit more intricate and allowed for more custom designs so that we can add sponsors logo and don't need to use an out of app service.
