It takes some real time to set up. You can't just click a button and expect it to work perfectly in five minutes. I also like how responsive the product team can be when we bring issues to them. It's great that it helps us offer a mobile-friendly registration form and capture payments. The simple messaging platform for quick communication with registrants is really helpful. It doesn't provide a lot of the features we would want out of the box, and has required a lot of workarounds and customer support. It is not particularly user friendly on the backend and without a lot of subject matter expertise, it's easy to accidentally make a change that could impact many other aspects of an event we've put on sale.
