What do you like best about BlackPoint IT?

What do you dislike about BlackPoint IT?

Unfortunately, I am unable to find anything I can find that has been an issue with Blackpoint, our help desk tickets have dramatically reduced, and I am worried for my job, so be OK for another wee while yet I hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease your company's and client's concerns, as risks increase, so does Blackpoint's proactiveness. I cannot recommend Blackpoint enough and I am not telling you this for my own gain, but to give you an honest take on the service provided. What problems is BlackPoint IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Blackpoint feels like you have eyes all over the place looking out for what you once had to manually do. It helps us as a service provider to provide a source of comfort and security by implementing this level of protection to their business.
