**What do you like best about BlackPoint IT?**

Knowning you have a great group of people proactivly keeping an eye on your systems when no one else is looking.

**What do you dislike about BlackPoint IT?**

Unfortunately I am unable to find anything I can find that has been an issue with Blackpoint, our help desk tickets have dramatically reduced, and I am worried for my job, so be OK for another wee while yet I hope.

**Recommendations to others considering BlackPoint IT:**

Ease your company's and client's concern's, as risk's increase, so does Black points proactivness, I cannot recommend Black Point enough and I am not telling you this for my own gain, but to give you an honest take on the service provided, get on it get a trail or make a decession and start protection yourself and your clients with BlackPoint.

**What problems is BlackPoint IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using BlackPoint feels like you have eyes all over the place looking out for what you once had to manually do, it helps us as a service provider to a provid a source of comfort and security by implementing this level of protect to there business. This then allows us to focus more on our clients normal day to day operations and allows us to operate more efficiently.

We have received outstanding service. They keep us protected. They have been the best cybersecurity company we have ever used.they have simplified it for us. Our business demands a high level of protection for user knowledge.

**What do you like best about BlackPoint IT?**

hey helped us to stay protected. they need a responsibility to report something they notice in order that we have a tendency to ar alert to any attainable threats. we have a tendency to sometimes communicate victimisation phone or email. the safety of our entire network is in their hands.

**What do you dislike about BlackPoint IT?**

nothing has been a problem so far. its great to work with . great service. easy to work with.
