What do you dislike about BlackPoint IT?

Unfortunately I am unable to find anything I can find that has been an issue with Blackpoint, our help desk tickets have dramatically reduced, and I am worried for my job, so be OK for another wee while yet I hope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
