I like that BILL Spend & Expense is quick and easy to use. Setting and changing budgets for spend is simple and quick. Reviewing transactions for multiple people at a time is simple and straightforward. The tool makes it easy to assign multiple people to different budgets and monitor their spend in each budget. I think the software is clunky and has a lot of bugs. Reviewing transactions is often messy, and bulk reviewing transactions rarely works as it should. The amount of software issues makes it difficult to review transactions effectively and efficiently. There are many issues when going over multiple transactions, with transactions disappearing or staying on the review menu even after they have been reviewed. The sort and filter options don't often work as intended and will often pull in data that does not belong or leave data from past filters that should not be there. Also, we do not integrate it into our accounting software due to the significant price tag associated with the integration on our accounting system side, so we upload all transactions for the month during our month close.
