What do you dislike about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

The rewards process is a little wishy washy and it could be made clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Expense reporting has been reduced to virtually no time investment, saving 5-10 hours of effort each month. Their individual employee cards and expense categorization is simple and quick, and EOM time investments have been greatly reduced. Additonally, the vitrtual card features enhance our spending security and afford greater control over set expenses and expense increases for recurring payments. What do you like best about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

I like that BILL Spend & Expense is quick and easy to use. Setting and changing budgets for spend is simple and quick. Reviewing transactions for multiple people at a time is simple and straightforward. The tool makes it easy to assign multiple people to different budgets and monitor their spend in each budget. It also simplifies managing multiple people's spend on any given day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BILL Spend & Expense (Formerly Divvy)?

I think the software is clunky and has a lot of bugs. Reviewing transactions is often messy, and bulk reviewing transactions rarely works as it should. The amount of software issues makes it difficult to review transactions effectively and efficiently. There are many issues when going over multiple transactions, with transactions disappearing or staying on the review menu even after they have been reviewed. The sort and filter options don't often work as intended and will often pull in data that does not belong or leave data from past filters that should not be there. Also, we do not integrate it into our accounting software due to the significant price tag associated with the integration on our accounting system side, so we upload all transactions for the month during our month close.
