Big Spring enables proven and fundamental principles (micro-learning and repetition) within a platform that centralizes access and control. They’re constantly evolving with new features like their AI-analysis of user-submitted content, and they foster a community amongst users (with users contributing content for consumption!) BigSpring is a powerful tool, but not enablement-as-a-service (but it can be mostly self sustaining once a groundswell is adequately built!) To maximize the value of the BigSpring platform, the customer must have their own strategy to drive user engagement with the platform. Equally important, the customer must have a strong engine for producing high quality content frequently. When BigSpring is paired with these two contributions from a customer, the BigSpring team’s customer support will work tirelessly to make all the great features and capabilities of the solution exceed expectations!
