I find the admin console layout a bit bland and less intuitive, which made it challenging to understand initially. There is a lack of clear visibility of the end date for each campaign and creating user groups is less intuitive. Additionally, the platform doesn't support uploading larger or heavier files, such as videos recorded during trainer-led sessions, which limits our ability to centralize all content in BigSpring AI. I find BigSpring AI incredibly helpful, especially for improving cadence, dictation speed, and grammar for our representatives. It provides valuable feedback allowing us to refine our messaging by recording videos, which significantly boosts their communication effectiveness. Incredible team supporting customer success with a unique approach to a tough problem to solve. Enablement has become increasingly harder, with shorter attention spans and less tangible enablement approaches. Big Spring enables proven and fundamental principles (micro-learning and repetition) within a platform that centralizes access and control. They’re constantly evolving with new features like their AI-analysis of user-submitted content, and they foster a community amongst users (with users contributing content for consumption!) BigSpring is a powerful tool, but not enablement-as-a-service (but it can be mostly self sustaining once a groundswell is adequately built!) To maximize the value of the BigSpring platform, the customer must have their own strategy to drive user engagement with the platform. Equally important, the customer must have a strong engine for producing high quality content frequently. When BigSpring is paired with these two contributions from a customer, the BigSpring team’s customer support will work tirelessly to make all the great features and capabilities of the solution exceed expectations! There are certain admin and system frameworks of the platform that could be more intuitive. In most instances, the value of some features inherently make other aspects of the platform less ideal for very specific/niche needs. This isn’t a negative, the solution takes proven concepts and priorities them without hesitation; sometimes that might mean the platform isn’t going to be a perfect fit for every use case. Big Spring was a great practice platform for our team to be able to practice and perfect their craft. Really liked the flexibility of the tool and the ability for reps to not only observe themselves and self coach but also for their managers to be able to observe submissions and make recommendations. I firmly believe capturing mindshare is the first step to capturing market share for any business and hence, learning & engagement becomes extremely pivotal. EVERboarding is a term introduced by BigSpring to our teams and I completely resonated with it. They helped us engage with our stakeholders , meeting them where they are , allowing them flexibility of content consumption while ensuring a fun way of upskilling the workforce .
