BigSpring is a powerful tool, but not enablement-as-a-service (but it can be mostly self sustaining once a groundswell is adequately built!) I have not seen this degree of responsiveness, dedication, and involvement before. We brought on thousands of reps and had the training ready to provide to all of these users. What's great is any and all issues we found we swiftly brought to the attention of the Bigspring team. **What do you dislike about BigSpring AI?** As we have so many reps to add to the platform the number one hurdle we've had to overcome was the user upload limit. We've done so by breaking our user lists into multiple files of the 250 max, which can end up being 11 parts, and uploading separately.
