**What do you like best about BidMachine?**

What I like best about BidMachine is the efficiency and professionalism of the team. The operations team is extremely responsive, and any issues or questions are always handled very quickly. Communication has been smooth and proactive throughout our cooperation, which makes working together very easy and enjoyable. It has been a really great partnership experience.

**What do you dislike about BidMachine?**

At the moment, I don’t have any major concerns about BidMachine. The cooperation has been smooth, and the team has been very supportive and responsive throughout our partnership.

BidMachine helps us monetize our supply by providing steady demand for our traffic. It improves fill rate and helps keep good competition in the auction, which supports overall revenue ：）

**What do you like best about BidMachine?**

We really appreciate the close relationship with our account manager, who is always there to help. He understands when we don’t want to pursue certain BidMachine features and doesn’t push us. Their commitment to connecting different publishers and gathering product feedback via online discussions is something we value. They are innovative and always searching for new ways to increase revenues, such as their P2P and post-bid projects. We also found the initial setup to be standard.

**What do you dislike about BidMachine?**

They don't have much direct demand and that's why we are sacrificing a part of our share to third parties. BidMachine could move faster with AdMob integration, as we are still waiting for it.

**What problems is BidMachine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use BidMachine for monetizing our apps by bringing ad demand.

Their team provides exceptional and quick support, making collaboration very smooth. One top of that, their platform dashboard is crystal clear and extremely user-friendly. We've also experienced a steady growth in revenue, which proves their great potential and value as a monetization partner.

**What do you dislike about BidMachine?**

Nothing to complain about so far. We just hope to see them expand their demand and market share in more global regions even faster, as we'd love to scale up our cooperation with them across more markets.

Not having a self-serve option for certain settings (e.g., blocklists) can sometimes lead to delays, but Bid Machine’s AMs are usually quick to handle and resolve any requests.

I like that we have quite direct communication, few daily tasks, and at the same time a stable income stream from BidMachine.

I would like to receive more direct demand, sort out the p2p demand, and have a less strict review process for platforms that are blocked due to fraud and have not passed the IBT.

BidMachine brings us an additional source of income by being a client to whom we sell traffic.

First, the eCPM is relatively high, which can increase the product's revenue. The product is easy to operate, and at the same time, the AM's service is very professional.

**What do you dislike about BidMachine?**

The functionality is very comprehensive, and the data is also very complete. I hope that in the reports, it can be distinguished by ad type. Currently, the ad types are whether the video can be skipped, etc., which is different from those in the industry.

1. The product's performance in terms of revenue is quite good, especially with a relatively high eCPM.
2. AM's service is professional and timely, capable of quickly solving problems.

They have strong communication, an easy-to-use dashboard for tracking performance, highly responsive and attentive account managers, and they are proactive in providing P2P partnership recommendations and growth opportunities.

Regarding P2P partnerships, having centralized payments would be great. Managing too many partners right now is a bit of a pain point.
