Bid Machine’s support definitely sets them apart from their competitors—they’re consistently available and genuinely helpful with any requests I send their way.

**What do you dislike about BidMachine?**

Not having a self-serve option for certain settings (e.g., blocklists) can sometimes lead to delays, but Bid Machine’s AMs are usually quick to handle and resolve any requests.

**What problems is BidMachine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bid Machine has been crucial in helping us maximise ad revenue across our portfolio of mobile games.

As publishers, we always look for scale and more the scale the better it gets!

It’s easy to integrate, and the support team is great—very active, responsive, and friendly.

The dashboard is a bit hard to monitor, so I rarely visit it, if at all.

**What problems is BidMachine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not sure—I only use BidMachine to monetize my app.
