What impresses me most about Beyond Presence is how incredibly real the avatars look and feel. They are expressive, natural, and in many cases almost indistinguishable from actual humans on video. This realism allows us to build medical communication experiences that patients can actually trust. The platform is surprisingly easy to use. Even complex scenes are simple to assemble thanks to clear documentation and a workflow that feels intuitive from the first login. Their customer support has also been exceptional — always responsive, always helpful. And from a technology perspective, Beyond Presence is far ahead of most other avatar solutions we’ve tested. A slightly larger selection of avatars for new users in free mode would make onboarding even smoother, but this is a very small concern compared to the overall capabilities of the platform. Beyond Presence saves us an enormous amount of production time. We work in healthcare, where patients often need instructions in their mother language before or after procedures. Recording real actors for every language and scenario would be unrealistic and financially impossible — but Beyond Presence allows us to generate these videos quickly, consistently, and with high quality. Most importantly: our core use case simply wouldn’t exist without this product. We help patients understand their medical procedures, risks, aftercare and preparation through AI-guided video conversations. Beyond Presence makes these interactions believable and human, which is critical for patient trust. In short, Beyond Presence is not just a tool for us.
