## About BetterMap
BetterMap is indoor mapping and wayfinding software for venues including shopping centres, university campuses, hospitals, exhibitions and stadiums. Venue teams upload an existing floor plan, whether an image, a PDF or a CAD export, and the platform generates an interactive, searchable map, which staff then refine in a visual editor. The resulting map runs on visitor phones, embeds in the venue's own website and drives on-site touchscreen kiosks from a single dashboard. Features include multi-floor navigation with step-free routing, a searchable tenant directory, promotions placed on the map, per-tenant sub-accounts, visitor and search analytics, and remote management of kiosk hardware. Pricing is published and scales with venue floor area.

user friendly, the experience of the customer. easy to use

**What do you dislike about BetterMap?**

it needs more AI search when customers type the shops wrong to be able to recognise it

**What problems is BetterMap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

replaced the info desk with the interacting screen 24h open. people can easily find what they are looking for - where the shops are etc
