Advanced meshing controls like the control over mesh size, quality, and type (tet, hex, prism, shell, etc.) is excellent. It allows python based scripting for automation of repetitive tasks which is a big time saver for large models. Works seamlessly with Fluent, STAR-CCM+, PowerFLOW, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA, and many others. I faced lag on complex operations like wrapping complex geometries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ansa solving and how is that benefiting you? For any simulation preprocessing is a challenging one. This involves geometry cleanup, meshing and model preparation. ANSA solves these steps for us. It will be useful to support complex mesh workflows, managing large assemblies with PID and part management windows. Even these repetitive tasks will be automated in ansa.
