**What do you like best about Belong?**

Pre qualification management and system integration with HR softwares.
It ensures candidates pre skills testing before hiring.
The product has exclusive features and good integration  with LinkedIn.
Belong ensures a streamlined recruitment process through automation.
User friendliness and affordable pricing.
Very less time required for recruitment of candidates regardless of their numbers.
The software is customizable according to user needs and ability to automate scheduling features.
Quality and reliable customer services.

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

The software is recruiting performance enhancing no dislike.

**What problems is Belong solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Availability of effective filters in this software have enhanced the search process for specific candidates for specific locations. This has considerably reduced overall time and cost for recruitment.

**What do you like best about Belong?**

It helps in pre-assessment of candidate which is quite accurate and easy for HR to shortlist

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

It is not as savvy as some of the new alternatives which are more holistic

**What problems is Belong solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was a hiring manager for a few roles where I was introduced to this product. This helped in gaining immediate insights on candidate profiles via scores for pre-qualification and helped in shortlisting for screening rounds etc.

Preskilled talent will be hired using Belong. No need for background verification and checks. Candidates will be pre-assessed initially.

Paying more to hire talent is something not every company can afford.

Pre-assessed talents are available here, eliminating the need for scrutiny and saving time on interviews.

Interview time reduces and its cost effective aswell

Charges huge price for each candidates. Need to pay more than normal hiring through company's

**What do you like best about Belong?**

It helps to find a talent and hire a candidate...the manual intervention and error in finding the exact candidate for a profile has reduced a lot...belong helps in finding the exact gap and address it.

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

Sometimes, it is too automated where the keywords are picked up in candidates resume, even if the candidate profile is not matching to the one we are hunting for...

**What problems is Belong solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring the right candidate for right role.... suggesting this HR team has solved so many problems and hassle for them...it along with HR personnel in place can run HR team so efficiently without worrying about attrition

**What do you like best about Belong?**

We have partener up with belong and since then we has been able to find good resource that matches our expectations as well as the skillet.Their Ai solution helps in getting near to close skillset and comparable profile.

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

The support team of belong  somewhat lacks and hence it takes longer than the expected to fix the glitch due to which there has been several downtime.
Also there has been certain glitch has been in ui which we have already conveyed to ui/Ux team and fix is in progress.

**What problems is Belong solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Belong helps us in finding the candidates that meets our exact profile skillset and hence takes a lot of burdens off of our hiring manager/ recruiter.
Since we have started using belong , and it's ui driven software we are ableto close the skillset requirements in the time.

**What do you like best about Belong?**

Belong is very good predictive hiring solutions.
We can able find the resources that matches our requirement and skillsets using this awesome platform. Offer letter is generated by filling the basic information.

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

Although it's good however sometimes customer support is not provide the solution.faster, so we need to wait more than  3 days even after raising the high priority incident. We believe this issue will be resolved soon.

Before this tools it was quite tough to find a resources as per our requirement and skillset, but now a days problem is solved after using this Belongs. I must says belong is good hiring solutions.

**What do you like best about Belong?**

Belong is pretty good at the backend AI due to which it provides a well prediction solution for hiring talents that are in line with the profile we are looking.

**What do you dislike about Belong?**

Sometimes the customer support at belong is not so great as we have tickets pending to be resolved for more than 3 days even when we raise Level 1 incidents.
I belive the improvement can be done on the support end side.

The software solutions they provide helps us finding the candidates right for the job and most of the profiles that we get matches the requirements. There are few glitches but that's fine. They are improving time to time.

Even though we have been with Belong for more than a year we have not had a good response from belong customer support team. There has been the time when issue wasn't resolved within the stipulated sla

Prior to using belong we were having hard time to find skill set but since we started using belong solution we're getting the candidates that have our required skill set

It sorts the joining process for us. Everybody can access this by their own id's.
It automatically generates offer letter just by putting basic information.

There is nothing in this portal that I dislike; it is just that there is always a scope for improvisation

We should create a talent pool over here; job seekers could directly apply on Belong.

It helps in the Restoration of data that every person can use this platform simultaneously and access the shared data.
I realized this benefit at the time; I was having lots of tasks. I have at least ten offer letters to release, and I did not have much time.
Then this platform helped me in doing so.
