**What do you like best about Beex Contact Center?**

THERE ARE DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR CONTACTING THE PATIENT AND IT ALLOWS US TO TAG AND CATEGORIZE EACH ONE.

**What do you dislike about Beex Contact Center?**

What I don't like is that, when updating conversations, the loading time for me is too long for a wait time. Additionally, sometimes contacts cannot be separated, and in the same contact, different numbers that are not related are duplicated. 
It also does not allow uploading documents larger than 5MB, so I have to compress larger files.
In the case of social networks: FB and IG, sometimes the user's name does not appear, but numbers like codes, and that does not allow me to identify the client.
On the other hand, the "reply" option does not appear under a message from the user.

The program allows us to identify each user and have access to the entire history we have with each of them.

**What do you like best about Beex Contact Center?**

I appreciate how Beex Contact Center has improved our performance indicators, especially by reducing average response times thanks to automatic call distribution, which optimizes the workload. I like that we can effectively manage calls and WhatsApp messages and conduct targeted campaigns to specific clients. The automation capabilities, such as automated messages on WhatsApp and the categorization of message types through the chatbot, are incredibly useful since the chatbot automatically gathers information about clients and what they want, which facilitates the executive's work in the final stage of the process to conclude or close the ticket. The platform has allowed us to respond massively to clients, which is a great advantage. The integration with other platforms, like OHO for ticket management, is also perfectly facilitated. Additionally, I highly value the speed of the service, the quality of the after-sales service, and the adaptability of the platform to our business. The usability and easy configuration process make it stand out even more.

I would improve a bit more in the email aspect of the Beex Contact Center.

Beex Contact Center improves our indicators, reduces response times, and allows for better automatic call distribution. Additionally, it facilitates mass responses to customers with its attributes, optimizing our service.

I like the ease of forms and templates in Beex Contact Center. The templates help me to do mass mailings according to each need. The mailings arrive quickly and we get quick responses. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

It has different social media integrations and automatizations that allow its users to fully capture and respond to leads efficiently and quickly. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Beex Contact Center?**

The API endpoints have some limitations that make it difficult to integrate. I don't feel it is fully optimized yet, as it has issues with lower-end equipment (e.g., slow response). It lacks an app that can be used to reply to leads through the agent's phone.

It allowed us to fully take advantage of the leads generated through our  social media channels.

**What do you like best about Beex Contact Center?**

Beex Contact Center has helped us and continues to help us implement a series of progressive improvements in our customer service, with constant information and flows of ideas that have led us to innovate beyond our initial vision. Regarding usability, my contact staff was able to quickly adapt to the workflow, and now it is a mandatory daily tool for us. Communication and support have remained accessible, friendly, and reliable over the years.

**What do you dislike about Beex Contact Center?**

It can be clearer in handling documentation to explore the platform more autonomously. Especially with functions that were not fully developed at the time of launch, or that do not integrate in the most obvious way into our processes.

**What problems is Beex Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My initial problem was the dispersion, lack of control, and supervision in the service channels. Beex Contact Center helped us from the start to unify all the channels, setting up a chatbot in just a few hours to organize the traffic and better resolve customer issues, while we administrators have a permanent follow-up on the quality of service.

What I liked most about bexc is the support they can provide even after having been with them for a while, and the new implementations they suggested to us and that will happen after some time with them.

I like the way it connects customer calls with customer service and, above all, provides traceability through detailed reports, in case of a successful or unsuccessful call or message.

**What do you dislike about Beex Contact Center?**

I don't like that Meta limits the messaging of mass campaigns and that some campaigns sometimes can't recognize the connected executive users to assign their clients.
