The product is extremely easy to implement and use. We have been using Beebole for many years with our employees contractors. Its well designed UI and daily use means its become second nature for our people. The product has a great range of core functionality and we have scaled licensing up and down based on changes with our company. Beebole is flexible with its setting for setting up exclusive members or groups, setting the daily or weekly required hours and overtime specific to groups or departments.

We get accurate reports of employees' time spent on different projects within the company.

If I want to see the incomplete timesheets, I thought I will just look into the Draft section but when I checked under Approved section, there was entries which didn't complete for the entire month which is not showing in the Draft. You can track a lot of information in Beebole, and detailed information at that. It's nice that you can create projects within projects and can assign certain people and certain rates to them. I also appreciate the ability to customize your dashboard and run reports. It was easy to learn how to navigate the software. The best part of Beebole, I believe is flexibility and how easily we can modify reports according to our need. We've been using it to mainly understand the time recorded by different departments on different projects and we've been able to tailor it particularly to our need. Any issues we faced, we've been able to resolve with their customer support, who are very responsive through chat and also open for a meeting. We've also had calls with the team seeking possible opportunities for integration with our existing applications, which we understand is possible and will be looking to get that done next. We currentyl do have the following options :

1. While sending automated reminders for submission, it doesn't show which week of which month is pending for submission

2. There is no option to send automatic reminders to approvers, like we can for pending submissions

3. It would have been great if we can restrict hours with mininum hours and maximum hours. Right now there is only option for minimum hours with an option to overrun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work fast. I do a lot of things at work, and I do them fast. Seconds matter. Beebole is crisp and responsive, I'm never waiting around for it to load or process, I'm never wasting time trying to figure it out. I can be in and out in seconds because it does its job efficiently and intuitively. That being said, when I do have time to dig into the reporting or other features, I'm pleasantly suprised as well.
